Use of suncream
Your skin needs sun protection during daylight hours, even if you’re staying indoors. The sun’s rays pass through windows and cloud , so you’re always exposed. Many moisturisers have sunscreen. Suncream protects against both UVA and UVB rays. Don’t forget to cover your lips, too! Use a gentle cleanser
Choose a creamy one for dry skin, or an oil-free, foaming one for oily skin. If you have sensitive skin, consult your dermatologist about how to avoid irritation. Wash your face with warm or cool water. Hot water can strip away your skin’s natural moisture.
Reveal a fresh layer
Some of the skin care products have ingredients that help to get rid of dead cells to uncover the brighter, fresher skin underneath. You can also get a chemical peel or microdermabrasion to get rid of dead cells. Both are available at-home formulas and from doctors.
Organically Is Not Always Better
There isn’t any scientific proof that skin care products and organic or all-natural cosmetics are safer for your skin. In some cases, they may irritate, especially if your skin is sensitive. For example, many skin care products, “natural” ingredients like plant extracts may cause allergic reactions or rashes in some people. It’s better to test these products before using.
