Yoga poses for healthy life
No matter how regular you are at the gym or keep away from junk foods, the best of us tend to get affected by everyday stress. Sometimes it may be anxiety or a bad hangover. Now, if only we could fix these without medicines or the doctor.
Firstly, sit straight with your legs outstretched in front of you.
Then, bend must your right leg so that you can place the foot on the left thigh.
And turn your left leg to place your foot on the right thigh with both your foot soles facing upwards.
Further, place both your hands, one over the top of the other, cupped with the palms facing upwards below your chest.
Moreover, one should keep your spine and neck erect, close your eyes and meditate for a while. It is a good pose to calm your mind
First of all, sit in posture stated earlier and inhale slowly while filling your lungs to the capacity.
Now, close your right nostril with your right thumb and release exhale through left nostril in as many short breaths as possible.
And then, repeat the same with your left nostril.
Sit erect with your legs outstretched.
Fold (from Knee) them so that your feet are at the sides of your buttocks with the foot sole facing upwards.
Your butt should be resting in between your heels.
Now, place your hands on knees and keep your spine and neck erect
You can try sitting in this pose after your meal to get relief from headaches due to constipation and migraine.
Sit should be with a straight back with both your legs outstretched.
One should bend your right leg so that your right foot sole is on your left thigh, against your lower abdomen. After that, raise both of your hands over your head as you inhale.
Now, try to rest your forehead on your left knee as you try to reach your left foot toe with your left hand while your right hand is landed on the floor near your back.
